Application Support - Fixed Income
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for global Fixed Income Front Office applications.
- Act as the local technical expert for the Summit FT application and ensure its availability and stability during Asia trading hours.
- Monitor application batches, processes and production activities, and investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Perform technical changes, application maintenance and production support activities.
- Work closely with global IT and application support teams to troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in functional and technology projects related to Fixed Income applications.
- Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure smooth application operations and service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings, support activities and global application governance.
Skills:
- Experience in application support / production support, preferably within a financial services or investment banking environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting Front Office applications within Fixed Income, Capital Markets or Trading environments.
- Experience with Summit FT or similar Front Office trading platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of application monitoring, batch processing, incident management and production support.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with development, infrastructure and business teams.
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
- Good understanding of Fixed Income business processes and Front Office applications.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide support during Asia trading hours.
