AI Data Scientist
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize information delivery and analytics solutions using advanced data science and Generative AI technologies
Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI models across text, image, code, and multimodal use cases
Research and apply novel approaches in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model alignment
Translate business requirements into practical Generative AI solutions and domain-specific applications
Design and implement evaluation metrics for generative AI performance and quality
Act as a trusted partner to business and technology teams in shaping AI and analytics adoption roadmaps
Apply a strong risk and control mindset, ensuring compliance with governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives in a timely and scalable manner
Core Technical Skills:
Proven experience developing and fine-tuning generative models using Large Language Models (LLMs), diffusion models, and transformer architectures
Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
Strong knowledge of Python and relevant libraries (e.g. pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) for data analysis and model development
Solid understanding of generative AI techniques, including attention mechanisms, embeddings, and tokenization
Practical experience with prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and in-context learning
Experience evaluating generative AI performance, including quality, safety, bias, and responsible AI considerations
Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Unix shell scripting for AI and data workflows
Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable, resilient microservices and secure server-side APIs
Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab) and applying DevOps best practices
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g. EC2, EMR) and hybrid data architectures
Ability to contribute to data architecture and data model design discussions
