Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver advanced information delivery and analytics solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic systems
  • Build and manage AI platforms and services, including integration, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization of Generative AI solutions
  • Enable and maintain scalable data and AI architectures across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments in line with enterprise standards and policies
  • Act as a trusted partner to business and technology teams by shaping AI and analytics adoption roadmaps
  • Apply a strong risk and control mindset, ensuring adherence to governance, security, and regulatory frameworks
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives within agreed timelines

Core Skills:

  • Proven experience designing and developing AI agents or chatbots using LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks
  • Hands-on experience building context-aware, multi-turn conversational systems
  • Experience developing and maintaining APIs and SDKs for Generative AI integration
  • Strong background in building scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and server-side APIs
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab) and DevOps practices
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Unix scripting for AI and data workflows
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (e.g. EC2, EMR) and hybrid data architectures
  • Experience in data architecture design and data model discussions
  • Front-end experience using React is an advantage
